Neck and Back: classes

Movement for the shoulder area and strength for your core! In the UniSport Neck and Back class, you get to strengthen and loosen up your neck and shoulder area and your core with the help of a professionally-skilled instructor.

The class focuses on increasing mobility in the neck and shoulder area, strengthening muscles, and control of the core. It includes a warm-up, muscle training and mobility sections, and stretching. No set step patterns are involved.

Who is it for?

The class is suitable for everyone, and especially for those that enjoy light exercise and are looking for something to ease problems with their neck, shoulders and back.

How can I participate?

You can participate in Neck and Back through the weekly group exercise classes. Bring along stretchy sports clothes, gym shoes, and a drinking bottle.
