Court and Hall Reservations
Book a hall or court for one single time or for the whole season. Facilities can be booked for individual use, for your team, for dance groups, etc. The facilities have different specialisations, so check at the sports centre to see which space is right for your activity.
- The courts and halls are priced according to client group per hour.
- To make a regular or one-time booking at the University of Helsinki, Aalto University or Hanken price, all participants must belong to one of the three universities. If any of the participants does not belong to one of the three universities, UniSport has the right to charge the price cited for “normal price”.
- Regarding badminton sessions, it is exceptionally possible to get the Helsinki, Aalto University or Hanken price while having a partner belonging to a different price group
Our online booking service is for private persons only and for recreational purposes. If you are interested in booking our facilities for business use (events, etc.), contact the sports centre of your choice directly.
Random reservations
Random reservations are sporadic, one-off bookings that can be booked in the calendar, at a customer service point or by calling 02941 22151. Random reservations may be booked 21 days in advance; cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before the event. Random reservations can be paid online or at a customer service point.
Regular practice reservations
Regular practice reservation enquiries and bookings can be taken care of by contacting the sports centre contact person. Specific terms of service (see the document below) apply to the regular practice reservations. Regular reservation period is fixed 15.8.2022 - 15.6.2023 (excluding indoor cyckling). Regular practice reservations can be booked throughout the year in case there are facilities available. We aim to provide the same regular practice reservations to the same customers also for the next season. The regular practice reservations will be invoiced during the season.
Season 2022-2023 (from 15.8.2022)
Self-directed Training
Some of our facilities and their equipment are available for self directed training. You do not have to make a booking for these times. A Training card, 10-visit card or per-visit fee is required.
