Exercise background and work experience

Since I child I have been active in a variety of ways, including figure skating (where I competed on a national level) and horse riding. I have also been working out at gyms for almost twenty years. In addition to figure skating, I am also passionate about various kinds of strength training and CrossFit. I work on my body care every day to make sure I can exercise and help others do the same.

I have worked full time in various jobs within the sports industry and as a coach since 2004, and before that I also worked with figure skaters part time on and off the ice since 1998. These years have included part-time and full-time figure skating coaching (Porvoo figure skaters), working as a sports massage therapist, leading group exercise classes and working as a PT with individuals and groups.

I currently do personal training (exercise and nutrition), physique coaching with athletes from different sports, I’m in charge of the physique coaching for EVT’s figure skaters, and I lead all sorts of group exercise classes.

Strength training (building muscle mass, body weight training, building strength, CrossFit, kettlebells), functional training, nutrition coaching, body management and mobility. With me you will correct, safe and effective techniques and get instructions for your workouts – even quick ones.

As a trainer I am motivated by my clients learning new things and reaching their goals.

Even if it feels impossible, that doesn’t mean you can’t do it!
