Sports background and work experience
I have always been involved in sports and exercise in one way or another. After many years in team gymnastics, I first started coaching gymnastics, and later I went into study physiotherapy. I have always been interested in motion and movement. In my current job, I get to advise others how to move themselves better, and as a bonus, keep moving myself. At the moment, the hobby I am most excited about is dancing.
As a coach, I feel it is important to set goals and to pursue them systematically. Your goal may be coping better, having less pain or improving your performance and results in your chosen sport.
As a coach, I am supportive and meticulous. In addition to coaching, I work as a physiotherapist at a practice and with athletes in their practice environments.
We achieve results together!
My motto: Exercise is medicine – used often, and for a good reason!
