A variety of sports experiences will be available both in sports centres and online when the UniSport autumn season kicks off from 1 September. UniSport autumn is more than exercise!

UniSport's autumn season starts on Friday 1 September. Our centres are open longer than in the summer and the calendar is full of different activities. You will find opening hours and sports facilities here.

Group exercise in centres and online

As usual, the season's group exercise programme is comprehensive. In addition to classes in centres, we also offer live-streamed online classes.

New for autumn: LES MILLS BODYJAM™ classes

In addition to other great dance classes, this autumn UniSport will also be dancing to LES MILLS BODYJAM™! BODYJAM™ is a choreographed dance class where you will perform two longer choreographies based on different dance styles. The class combines music and exercise into a seamless whole and you will enjoy the joy of dance under the guidance of a skilled instructor. You can find the classes in the group exercise calendar.

Carefree Shoulders returns to campus

Carefree Shoulders will be back on campus from 1 September 2023. These relaxing moments offer a great opportunity to stretch and care for your body in the middle of a busy day. In addition, the Carefree Shoulders sessions will continue as an online stream on the Mywellness platform. The Careless Shoulders sessions are open to anyone who is interested and do not require reservation. Check out the timetable and more information here.

New in ball sports

In the autumn, the range of ball sports will offer new cooperation groups. Some of floorball and futsal ball sports groups in Otaniemi will be cooperation with Westend Indians. Part of the players and coaches will be from Westend Indians. You can find the cooperation groups in the ball sports group calendar.

Extensive selection of courses

During the autumn, there are again plenty of courses from volleyball to gym courses. Registration is already in progress. Book your favourite soon!

University student and staff registration and login

If you are a student or staff at Aalto University, Hanken, the University of Helsinki or University of the Arts register as a customer using your Haka ID. Your customer group is automatically updated to the right group and you can buy our services at prices according to your customer group and make reservations immediately.

If you are a new customer, you will need to pick up an access badge, i.e. a sports card, from the customer service desk. You will need your sports card to move around the premises and to log in to services. Please note that there is no on-site customer service in Töölö and Meilahti and the customer service desks in Kumpula and Otaniemi are open part of the day. Please check the opening hours of the customer service desks on the websites of the sports centres.

Welcome to exercise with a good mood!
