Autumn season starts on September 1
UniSport serves you at five locations: the City Centre, Kumpula, Meilahti, Otaniemi and Töölö. You will find opening hours and sports facilities here.
Group exercise in the centers as well as online
As usual, the offering of group training classes for the season is comprehensive. In addition to the classes at the centres, we will also continue to stream online classes.
Instructed Indoor Cycling classes start again
From the 1st of September we will offer instructed indoor cycling classes in Kluuvi and Otaniemi. The classes will be without the Intelligent Cycling app but otherwise the classes and class descriptions will remain nearly the same. In addition to the classes shown on the calendar, you can come to virtual classes whenever there are no instructed classes hours or reservations in the indoor cycling room. More about indoor cycling.
Carefree shoulders through Mywellness platform
We stream our free Carefree shoulders, a refreshing 15-minute guided workout, through MyWellness platform. The same platform is used for UniSport's other online-services as well. To gain access to Carefree shoulders you will need a Mywellness account and application or link. Here you will find instructions on how to get started with the application, how to use it and how to participate.
Extensive selection of courses
During the autumn, there are again plenty of courses from adult ballet to gym courses. Registration is already in progress. Book your favourite soon!
University student and staff registration and login
If you are a student or staff at Aalto University, Hanken, the University of Helsinki or University of the Arts register as a customer using your Haka ID. Your customer group is automatically updated to the right group and you can buy our services at prices according to your customer group and make reservations immediately. If you are a new customer, you also have to pick up the access card, i.e. 'sporttikortti', to use at the self-service terminals and at the Töölö and Meilahti self-service gyms.
