All autumn courses are published and available for booking on our webstore.
Courses are a great way to try something new and learn the basics the safe way. Teaching on courses is more individual than on weekly classes and you have time and guidance to learn the techniques. Teaching progresses every week and you are learning in the same group every week.
The safe way to start for example yoga or ball sports is to attend the course first and only after you have learned the techniques, attend the weekly classes and sessions. Gym start course also gives a good foundation to start training at the gym.
You don't have to be UniSport customer to participate on course, everyone is welcome!
