Spring courses open for booking
Course include wide variety of sports, for example different ball sports, Pilates, yoga, Personal Training small groups and many more! We also have new Online Courses available that allow you to exercise from home. Courses are now open for booking.
Courses are a great place to start when starting for example Yoga or Pilates as you can learn technique safely. You will also get more individual guidance than in weekly classes and train in the same group throughout the course. You don't need any prior experience unless the course description says so.
Prices vary according the lenght of the course and your customer group. Remember to sign in so you can see the right price for your own customer group.
